The account information displayed through Online Banking is derived from our records and is believed to be accurate. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information, and you should verify the accuracy of the information with us before relying on it.
You may use Online Banking to access your Account, view account information, and conduct certain transactions, such as transferring funds between accounts and paying bills. You are responsible for ensuring that all transactions you initiate through Online Banking are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information you provide, or for any failure of any transaction to be completed due to technical or other issues.
Valence Bank may charge fees for certain Online Banking services. Any fees that may be charged will be disclosed to you at the time the service is provided.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to Online Banking at any time and for any reason, without notice. You may also terminate your access to Online Banking at any time by contacting us.
We reserve the right to change this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website or mobile app. You should review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of Online Banking after any changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Valence Bank with respect to Online Banking, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The failure of Valence Bank to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not transfer or assign this Agreement or your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Valence Bank. Valence Bank may transfer or assign this Agreement or any rights or obligations under this Agreement without your consent.
The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement. Additionally, all data displayed in our Online Banking system is fictitious and should not be used in any way outside of the system.
By using Online Banking, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Valence Bank. You agree that any notice, agreement, disclosure, or other communication that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communication be in writing.
Valence Bank uses reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality of your personal and financial information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
In no event shall Valence Bank be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of Online Banking, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold Valence Bank and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Online Banking, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.
By using Online Banking, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use Online Banking.
